I. Introduction
Buying and selling is the transfer of ownership of an item by paying the price of these goods. And the requirement is something that is done prior to the occurrence of a job.
This paper was created because people often ignore the terms purchase transaction.
For that it takes two steps: 1. Text paragraph text search al-Sunnah concerning sale and purchase terms with the idea. 2. Analysis of Islamic legal ideas about buying and selling requirements.

II.Penelusuran Verses and hadeeth about these Terms of Sale and Purchase
Tracing the verses and hadiths on this discussion through the sale and purchase titles conditions, in the Qur'an, there is one paragraph relating to the sale and purchase terms, and search and purchase hadith about the terms contained in nine books of hadith master are: Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi David, Sunan Nisaa'i, Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Sunan Ibn Majah, Musnad Ahmad, Sunan al-Darimi and Muwatha 'Malik was found as many as 540 hadith.
The idea of the Qur'anic text: purchase requirement must be the willingness (mutually beneficial relationship between seller and buyer)

In the Qur'an An-mail Nisa 'verse 29
O ye who believe, do not eat each other neighbor's property by way of vanity, except by way of commerce that will apply with the same love-love between you. and do not kill yourselves, Allah is Merciful to you.

A. The idea of Hadith Sahih and Hasan
1.Ide hadith text: terms of sale and purchase of goods sold should be seen (examined)
The idea of the above based on the following hadeeth:
In Sahih al-Bukhari in al-chapter book of prayers mawakith no. 549
حدثنا عبيد بن إسماعيل عن أبي أسامة عن عبيد الله عن خبيب بن عبد الرحمن عن حفص بن عاصم عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن بيعتين وعن لبستين وعن صلاتين نهى عن الصلاة بعد الفجر حتى تطلع الشمس وبعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس وعن اشتمال الصماء وعن الاحتباء في ثوب واحد يفضي بفرجه إلى السماء وعن المنابذة والملامسة

III.Analisa On The Idea of Islamic Law concerning these Terms of Sale and Purchase
The tracing of the verses and hadiths, and ideas from each text were completed, the next step to analyze the overall legal ideas about buying and selling requirements. Analytical framework as described in the legal idea of the method of inference there are five: 1. Legal targets, 2. Legal subjects, 3. Legal predicate, 4. Purposes of the law, 5. Description. Here are the explanations.
1.Sasaran law
Legal targets of verses and hadiths above are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger.

2.Subjek law
Legal subjects are analyzed from the notion that the title of sale and purchase requirements, the requirement is something that is done prior to the occurrence of a job. And buying and selling is the transfer of ownership of an item by paying the price of these goods.

3.Predikat law
Legal predicates can be analyzed from the word do not ban or both in the Qur'an or Hadith.

4.Tujuan law
Info for legal purposes expressly found in the hadith and the verses of the Qur'an is for sale and purchase transactions in accordance with the terms so as not to disadvantage the buyer and seller.

5.Keterangan
About the information can be found in the following things:
a.Keterangan time is not found either explicitly in the Qur'an and the hadith about the sale and purchase terms
b.Keterangan about buying and selling procedures that should be a win-win between seller and buyer
Other c.Keterangan of goods sold should be there
Other d.Keterangan may not sell or buy goods which are forbidden
Other e.Keterangan may not sell or buy something that is not beneficial

IV. Conclusion
From the discussion, it can be concluded that the idea of Islamic law regarding the terms of sale and purchase are:
1.Syarat sale and purchase must be the willingness (of mutual benefit between the seller and buyer)
2.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold should be seen (examined)
3.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold are not prohibited goods
4.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold should be used
5.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold should be handed over
6.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold should be weighed or measured
7.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold should not be disabled (hidden)
8.Syarat purchase the goods sold must be owned
9.Syarat sale and purchase of goods sold is not a form of fire, water and grass
