Trading Company
Under S.1938-276 which entered into force on July 17, 1938, the Chapter I of the Merchant and the deeds of Commerce has been deleted.
Trade terms are removed is replaced with the term of the Company for example in article 6,16,20,36 KUHD, but the term is not defined / given an official interpretation of the Commercial code
